Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road news eu gipfel church in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary featured a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
